Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charges for Dover Man 1-6-2020

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested a 20-year-old man on drug charges as the result of a traffic stop on Monday morning.  At approximately 3:24AM, Tynik Sanders was stopped for an equipment violation on a vehicle he was operating in the area of White Oak Road and Halsey Drive.  Further investigation during the stop led to the discovery of 130 grams of marijuana, 2.5 grams of Psilocybin (mushrooms), and drug paraphernalia. 

Sanders was taken into custody without incident and released from the Justice of the Peace Court 7 on an O.R. bond on the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Tier 1 Qty of Mushrooms
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Traffic Offense
