The Dover Police Department arrested 27-year-old Kacey White on firearms and drug charges following a foot chase on Monday afternoon.  Officers were contacting White as a result of a firearms investigation.  Officers had received a tip that included an image of White in possession of a firearm.  With assistance from the Wilmington, DE Police Department, White was identified from the image and officers attempted to contact him in the 500 Block of River Road.
