Summary:
The Dover Police Department is issuing a gold alert for a missing 85-year-old man. Wyndham Williams was last seen leaving his residence in the 700 Block of River Road at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24th. He was operating a 2002 silver Lincoln Town car with DE REGISTRATION: 300757. Williams was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and sneakers. Williams has been diagnosed with dementia and there is concern for his safety.
