The second incident occurred at approximately 6:28 p.m., when officers were once again dispatched to an unresponsive driver in the parking lot of the Edgehill Shopping Center at 43 S. DuPont Highway. Officer contacted Richard McDonaugh (41) in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Officers observed that McDonaugh was under the influence of alcohol and he was taken into custody without incident. McDonaugh was committed to SCI on a $5,000 secured bond after being charged with a 5th Offense DUI.
