Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Edress G. Smith (31).  Smith was last heard from by phone on October 3rd, 2021.  Smith made statements to family that caused them alarm. Smith is a black male, 5 foot 7 inches and approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants. Smith has not been seen on heard from since October 3rd, 2021.
