Gold Alert Issued for Missing Dover Man

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Elijah Taylor, a 21-year-old Dover man. Taylor suffers from multiple conditions that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Taylor is black male, 5’9″ in height, approximately 170 pounds with black hair, and brown eyes. Taylor was last seen leaving a motel in the 400 Block of North DuPont Highway on June 29th at 11:00 a.m. At the time, he was wearing a black shirt, gray shorts, gray jacket, and flip flops.
