Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jacob Maddox, a 16-year-old Dover teen. Maddox suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Maddox is described as a black male, 5’08” in height, approximately 200 pounds with brown hair, and brown eyes. Maddox was last seen leaving a residence in the unit block of Lester Court Dover, DE at approximately 7:45 a.m.. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time and attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.
