Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Joseph Shetzler,74, of Magnolia, DE. Shetzler suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Shetzler is described as a white male, 6’2″, 270 pounds, with a bald head and dark eyes. Shetzler was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus on 09/2/23 at 10:30 a.m.. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball cap, aqua colored shirt with flamingos, and navy blue shorts. Attempts to contact him have been negative.
