Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Derrick Carr, 49, of Wyoming, DE. Carr suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Carr is described as a black male, 5’9″, 220 pounds, short dark hair and brown eyes. Carr is believed to have been in the area of Bally’s Casino. It is unknown what he was wearing. Attempts to contact him have been negative.
