Burglary at Happy Fortune Chinese Restaurant 12-17-14

Location:  Happy Fortune Chinese Restaurant , 1030 Forrest Avenue, Dover, DE

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit is investigating an overnight burglary at the Happy Fortune Chinese Restaurant located in the Gateway West Shopping Center.  The unknown suspect forced entry through the rear door of the business, damaging the door and door jamb.  Once inside, the suspect damaged registers and took an undisclosed amount of cash, then fleeing from the area.   Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111 or call the Delaware Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-Tip-3333 or go online at http://www.tipsubmit.com.
