The Dover Police Department responded to 13 shoplifting calls between Noon on October 15th  and Noon on October 23rd.  Of those 13 shoplifting complaints, five are still under investigation, one was unfounded, one store declined prosecution, and 8 arrests/warrants obtained were made in  6 cases.  Two juveniles were also arrested but not pictured.
