Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested two people on drug charges following a traffic stop on Friday, May 6th in the area of North Edgehill Avenue and Division Street. Officers stopped Zechariah Gilbert and Michelle Jackson in a vehicle. When the officers search the vehicle, they discovered 5 grams of crack cocaine and 1.515 grams of heroin. Michelle Jackson was also wanted on a Violation of Probation. As a result of the incident, Gilbert was committed to JTVCC on $37,000 secured bond and Jackson was committed to Baylor Correctional Center in default of $37,500 secured and $1,000 cash bond.
