Two Arrested on Drug Charges 5-7-16

Narrative:

On Thursday, May 5th, officers from the Dover Police Department Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime and Safe Streets Units conducted a traffic stop in the area of Forest Avenue and Carver Road on Devin Thomas.  Thomas had a capias for his arrest and was operating the vehicle without a valid license.  Thomas was taken into custody without incident but found in possession of 3.5 grams of crack cocaine and .45 grams of heroin.  The passenger, Howard Johnson, was found to have approximately 30 ounces of Promethazine with Codeine, a schedule 2 controlled substance, and was also taken into custody without incident.

Bond information was unknown at time of release.
