Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 14-year-old girl. Destini Cheesman was last seen at approximately 3:00PM at her residence on North West Street and was wearing jeans and a dark hooded sweatshirt.. Cheesman has a condition that may pose a risk to her health if unsupervised. It is believed that her leaving was voluntary and that she may be with friends or acquaintances in the Dover or Wilmington areas.
