UPDATE: Antonio Bynum (23) has been arrested in connection with the shooting/robbery that occurred at the Dover Inn on Sunday evening. Bynum was charged with the following offenses in the shooting incident at the Dover Inn and was committed to SCI on $432,000 cash bond:
-Robbery 1st Degree
-Attempted First Degree Robbery (3x)
-Assault 1st Degree
-Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Aggravated Menacing (3x)
-Reckless Endangering (3x)
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree

The Dover Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on Sunday night. At approximately 7:36PM, unknown suspects forced their way into a room at the Dover Inn where a 23-year-old male victim was located. During the incident, the victim was shot multiple times and had property stolen. The victim was taken to a hospital by private vehicle where he underwent surgery and is currently admitted in serious condition.
It is believed that this was not a random act.
