Dover Man Arrested After Selling Drugs from Home on Representative Lane 3-28-2019

Narrative:
On Tuesday, March 26th, officers from the Dover police Department and the U.S. Marshal’s First State Fugitive Task Force arrested Damian Legrand (32). Legrand was wanted out of Kent County Superior Court on multiple capias’. Officers had observed Legrand conduct multiple sales of heroin to subjects from the residence on Representative Lane which led to officers obtaining a search warrant. Legrand was found to be in possession of heroin, marijuana, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Legrand was charged committed to SCI in default of a $71,000 secured bond and had his bond revoked on two prior drug dealing cases that are still pending on the following charges:
-Delivery of Heroin (5x)
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Cocaine
-Paraphernalia
