Shooting in Manchester Square 11-14-2020

Narrative: 
The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting of a 19-year-old male on Friday night.  At approximately 10:13 p.m., officers responded to the area of Manchester Square for reports of a shooting.  When they arrived, the victim was located inside of a home with a gunshot wound to the thigh.  Officers performed first aid on the victim until EMS personnel arrived and transported him to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.  The victim was later airlifted to Christiana Hospital and is currently in stable condition.
