Winner Auto Dealership Burglary Update 11-16-2020

UPDATE:

The Dover Police Department is providing an update to the Winner Subaru/Volkswagen burglary that occurred on the weekend of November 7th.  Since the initial report, the dealership took  final inventory of the missing vehicles and determined that 27 vehicles had been stolen from the lot.  Since that time, 21 of the vehicles have been recovered by various agencies, including Dover Police, Milford Police, New Castle County Police, and Delaware State Police.  One suspect was taken into custody by Delaware State Police while operating one of the vehicles on November 10th.  

The suspect arrested was 29-year-old Isaiha Abrams, of Dover.
Abrams was released on an O.R. Bond on the following charges:
-Burglary 3rd Degree
-Possession of Burglar’s Tools
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Criminal Mischief (2x)
-Theft of Motor Vehicle (27x)

As of November 16th, 2020, the following vehicles remain missing:
-2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport (Black)
-2016 Ford Focus (Silver)
-2017 Chevrolet Silverado (Gray/Blue)
-2020 VW Jetta (Metallic Grey)
-2020 VW Jetta (Black)

Narrative: 
The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at the Winner auto dealership at 1387 N. DuPont Highway.  The incident occurred sometime between 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7th and Monday, November 9th at 8:24 a.m. when a window to a garage bay door was broken.  Once broken, suspects entered the business, removed several sets of keys, and stole at least three vehicles that have since been recovered.  At the time of release, it was still unknown how many additional sets of keys or vehicles may have been stolen.  Three suspects in the case were described as follows:
Suspect 1: Male, red puffy coat, jeans, white sneakers
Suspect 2: Male, dark clothing, white sneakers
Suspect 3: Male, dark clothing, dark sneakers.

All of the suspects appeared to have masks/face coverings on at the time of the burglary.
