Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Emma Thomas, an 18-year-old female of Camden, DE. Thomas suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Thomas is described as a white female, approximately 5’4″ and 120 pounds, blonde hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a maroon shirt, black pants, and gray and black new balance sneakers. Thomas was last seen in the area of the Super Lodge Motel on Monday February 20, 2023.
