Narrative:
The Dover Police Department discovered a 9mm handgun and 19.9 grams of marijuana on a traffic stop, leading to the arrest of a Dover man on Tuesday, October 6th. At approximately 5:55PM, officers contacted Lewis Harrell (24) and Nyraina Walker (20) in the area of West Division Street and North Queen Street during a traffic stop. It was discovered that Harrell was in possession of a 9mm Taurus Handgun during the stop. Further investigation led to the discovery of 19.9 grams of marijuana as well.
Lewis Harrell was released on $13,800 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-No Valid License
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession with Intent to Deliver
-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
