Wesley College Student Arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana 10-13-15

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department arrested an 18-year-old man for possession with intent to deliver marijuana on Thursday, October 8th.  Wesley College security detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from a room belonging to Joshua Glover.  When they checked the room, they discovered a bottle containing 34 individually packaged bags of marijuana.  Two digital scales, clear bags, bottles to store marijuana, and $795.00 cash was also found in the room.  The marijuana weighed a total of 23.4 grams.

Glover was released on $5,250 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
