Two Juveniles Arrested on Firearms Charges 3-1-2018

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department arrested two juveniles on firearms and gang participation on Tuesday afternoon.  At approximately 2:05PM on February 27th, officers from the Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole stopped Brice Hall (17) and Vaughn Hall (14) when leaving residences on Stevenson Drive.  Hall was wanted on a Violation of Probation for a previous weapons charge.  

Brice Hall was arrested without incident.  Vaughn Hall was found in possession of a loaded .380 handgun and arrested without incident.  During the investigation, officers learned that Brice Hall had also previously possessed the gun.

Both suspects were charged with the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Illegal Gang Participation
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree

Vaughn Hall was also charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
