Narrative:
A Dover man was arrested on drug charges on Monday night following a traffic stop. Michael Bowers (26), was stopped in the area of N. New Street and Cecil Street after an officer observed his vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway and impeding traffic. During the stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted and 3.2 grams of crack cocaine and 3 dosage units of Alprzolam were found. Bowers was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Drug Paraphernalia.
Bowers was released on $6,250 unsecured bond on those charges.
