Burglary at Forrest Avenue Valero 5-9-2018

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a commercial burglary that occurred on Wednesday morning.  At approximately 4:15AM, two suspects broke into the Valero station at 1358 Forrest Avenue by throwing a rock through the glass door.  Upon entry, the suspects stole a cash register, several boxes of Newport cigarettes, and cigars.  Both suspects fled southbound from the business on foot.  The suspects are described as both being black males with one being approximately 6′ tall, 180 lbs, and wearing a black North face jacket and black sweatpants.  The 2nd suspect was approximately 6′ tall, 180 lbs, and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.  

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous.
