LOCATED: Gold Alert Issued for Missing Elderly Woman 11-6-2019
UPDATE: Katarina Mahoney was located safely by officers and then transported to Kent General Hospital where she was evaluated. The Gold Alert for Mahoney has been cancelled as a result.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing Dover woman. Katarina Mahoney (79) was last seen leaving leaving Luther Towers on Kings Highway at approximately 7:15PM after making concerning statements to a medical staff member. There is concern for Mahoney’s welfare based upon her age, medical conditions, and the statements she made. Mahoney is a white female with gray hair and was last seen wearing a gray jacket and operating an electronic wheelchair.
