Two Arrested on Drug and Gun Offenses 11-8-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested two suspects on drug and firearms offenses during a search warrant on Thursday afternoon.  At approximately 2:45PM, officers executed a warrant at a residence on Karen Place stemming from a drug investigation.

As a result of the search, Angel Santiago (58) and Carlie Cunningham (28) were arrested without incident. A search of the residence led to the discovery of the following items:
-20.23 grams of heroin
-1.6 grams of crack cocaine
-2 loaded handguns (one reported stolen)
-drug paraphernalia
-$2,140 in cash (drug proceeds)

Angel Santiago was committed to SCI on a $235,400 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm/Ammo by Person Prohibited (4x)
-Possession of Cocaine
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Heroin
-Receiving Stolen Firearm
-Maintaining a Drug Property
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia

Carlie Cunningham  was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Center on a $122,200 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Heroin
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Violation of Probation
