UPDATE: ARREST MADE Elderly Man Robbed in Parking Lot of The Depot

UPDATE:
The Dover Police Department arrested Isiah Trotter (30) in connection with the March 19th robbery that occurred in the parking lot of The Depot.  Trotter was contacted and arrested on March 23rd without incident and charged with Robbery 1st Degree.
Trotter was released on a $20,000 unsecured bond.

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a robbery of an 87-year-old man that occurred on Thursday.  At approximately 11:42AM, officers responded to The Depot for a report of a robbery.  Officer learned that a black male suspect pinned the 87-year-old man against his vehicle and forcibly removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim.

No injuries were reported.
