Gold Alert Cancelled for Missing 15-Year-Old

UPDATE: The Gold Alert for Joy Chandler has been cancelled after she returned home safely.

Location: 700 Block of North New Street, Dover, DE

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Joy Chandler (15).  Chandler has a condition that can impact her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated.  Chandler was last seen at approximately 9:00 p.m., leaving her residence in the 700 Block of North New Street.  Chandler is a black female, 4’11-5’1″, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  Chandler was last seen wearing a orange Under Armour sweatshirt, blue jeans, and “fluffy” socks with gray sandals.
