Narrative:

The Dover Police Department arrested Gregory Mitchell (21) on drug and firearm charges during a traffic stop on Monday morning. Officers stopped Mitchell who was operating a vehicle with no rear bumper or rear lights. When Mitchell stopped, he immediately exited the vehicle. Officers approached Mitchell and detained him without incident and found a small amount of marijuana in his coat pocket. Officers then search the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia, approximately 10 grams of marijuana, and a .40 caliber handgun.

Mitchell was committed to SCI on a $15,103 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession of Marijuana
-Vehicle/Traffic Violations

A mugshot was not available at the time of release.
