Four Arrested for Heroin Possession by Street Crimes and Probation Units 5-20-15

Narrative:
The Dover Police Street Crimes and Safe Streets Units (comprised of Delaware Probation and Parole Officers) arrested four people for heroin possession on Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of Courtside Apartments, located on United Way. Officers observed Jacob Leite inside a vehicle and were aware that he was wanted by the Delaware State Police on multiple warrants. Upon contacting the occupants in the vehicle, officers discovered drug paraphernalia in plain view, leading the the discovery of .6 grams of heroin and multiple paraphernalia items. Officers also learned that the driver of the vehicle, Matthew Wright, was wanted by the Delaware State Police as well.
