The Dover Police Department has cancelled the Gold Alert for DeWayne Bowens after he returned to his residence and was determined to be safe.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 19-year-old. DeWayne Bowens was last seen on Tuesday, December 31st at approximately 8:00AM walking in the area of the 1300 Block of Forrest Avenue. Bowens suffers from a condition that may pose a threat to his well-being if not monitored properly. Bowens was last seen wearing a black and grey “Jordan” jacket, blue jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers.
