Pedestrian Violation Leads to Crack Cocaine Arrest 4-9-2019

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested Tyrese Bailey (18) on drug charges following a stop for a pedestrian violation. At approximately 9:50AM, on Tuesday, April 9th, a Dover patrol officer observed Bailey standing in the roadway in the area of West Reed Street and South Governors Avenue. When the officer attempted to contact Bailey, he attempted to walk away from the officer. The officer did stop Bailey and later located approximately 7 grams of crack cocaine on his person.
Bailey is being charged with the following offenses (bond info not available at time of release):
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Pedestrian Violation
