Narrative:
Dover Police are seeking Betty D. Henry (23) of Dover for forgery and criminal impersonation charges after claiming to be another person after being arrested for shoplifting on August 18th, 2014. Henry claimed to be a woman by the name of Danae Powell and provided her personal information to the officer making the arrest, who then issued a summons to Henry under Powell’s name, which she signed with a false name.
