Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 35-year-old. Frederick Johnson was last seen on Tuesday, December 31st at approximately 9:44PM leaving his residence in the 100 Block of Spruance Road. Johnson made statements that raise concerns for his safety prior to his leaving the residence. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.
