Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing Dover man. Glen Allen (28) was last seen leaving a residence in the 800 Block of White Oak Road at approximately 5:30AM on Sunday morning. Allen made statement that are concerning for his welfare. Allen is a white male, 5’7″, approx. 190 lbs, blue eyes, blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, red hat, and blue jeans.
