Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that damaged an unoccupied vehicle in the 400 Block of Barrister Place on Friday evening. At approximately 8:10 p.m., officers responded to the area after receiving multiple calls for shots fired. Upon arrival, they located multiple shell casings on the roadway and a Dodge Durango SUV that was struck several times by gunfire. No injuries were reported and no other property appeared to be damaged as a result.
