Narrative:

The Dover Police Department arrested Anthony Conyer on drug and firearm offenses during a traffic stop on Tuesday morning. Conyer was stopped by an officer for a traffic violation at approximately 8:17 a.m. During the stop, officers could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and detained Conyer. A total of 336 grams of marijuana, $1,120 in drug proceeds, and a loaded 9mm handgun were located inside of the vehicle. Conyer was committed to SCI on a $28,000 secured bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession of Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia
